The Social Credit System

This bot only works on groups. Type "?" to get the sticker set required for this bot to work. When you want to credit someone, just reply to his message with the appropriate sticker. A citizen can credit the same citizen every 5 minutes. Bots cannot be credited. Citizens can't credit themselves. Created by @yonkaze
