DragonSupreme Duplicate & Caption Remover

This bot will go through any files you send over a one hour period and delete the duplicates, along with the files you originally sent, leaving only the non duplicate files. It relies on the file id so if the same pic or video was uploaded to telegram by different people, it can't pick those up because Telegram has restrictions in place to limit what bots can and can't do.
