Description
SpeechToTextBot 🎙converts voice messages (OGG) and audio files (MP3, WAV) to text using Google Cloud Speech-to-Text. Refine text with GPT for punctuation and grammar, and summarize long texts (>500 chars). Choose languages with /language (e.g., Ukrainian, English). Commands: /start, /language.
