Yet Another Anti-Spam Bot

1. add bot to chat, make it admin, run /setup in the chat 2. run /setup in direct message to bot, follow setup process and press Complete 3. reply /spam or /s (w a space) to spam: as admin it will ban instantly, as user, it will call admins or create consensus poll (you can choose number of voices for consensus ) to ban or not 4. someone’s banned by accident? in the chat send /undo @username or /undo <user_id> 5. bot is trying to recognise spammers but we’re not there yet, it’s also connected to CAS.
